Through our arts and educational programs and our permanent collection, the Swedish American Museum interprets the immigrant experience for children and adults and promotes an appreciation of contemporary Swedish-American culture.

We are very excited to celebrating back in person on the year the Museum turns 45 and the Children’s Museum turns 20. This year’s Gala is a birthday celebration and we would like to honor our members and donors. It is thanks to all of you that the Museum is where it is today. During these years, we have grown and expanded into the historical and cultural institution and Museum we have today.
